If a valid error on our part is confirmed, we will work with you on a case-by-case basis to find a satisfactory resolution, which may include a replacement for the incorrect or damaged items. No refunds will be issued.

5. No Chargebacks

By making a purchase from Super Dollar Factory, you agree to our terms and explicitly waive your right to initiate a chargeback, dispute, or reversal of the cryptocurrency transaction for any reason. Any attempt to defraud Super Dollar Factory through a payment dispute (where applicable, such as with a third-party payment processor) will result in immediate action to protect our interests.
