- Neutral Sender Information: The return address on the shipping label will be a generic fulfillment company name (e.g., “Global Fulfillment” or a non-descriptive name). It will not reference Superdollar Factory or the nature of the products inside.
- Secure Internal Packaging: The contents are securely and discreetly packaged inside to prevent damage, movement, and any possibility of the contents being identified through feel or accidental opening during transit.
3. Shipping Methods & Carriers
We use established, reliable carriers that offer dependable service and comprehensive tracking.
- Carriers: We primarily use USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier is selected based on the destination, package size, and the level of service chosen at checkout.
- Shipping Options: We offer several shipping options at checkout to meet your needs:

- Expedited Shipping: A faster option, typically delivered within 2-3 business days after processing.
- Express Shipping: The fastest available option, typically delivered within 1 business day after processing.
- Note: Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to factors outside our control, such as weather or carrier issues.

Once your order has been shipped, you will be notified via email.
- Tracking Number: An email containing your tracking number and a direct link to the carrier’s website will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout.

The declared value will be the amount you paid for the goods.
- Delivery Time: International shipping can take significantly longer, typically 10-25 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.
- Risk: The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for any items seized by customs.
6. Undeliverable Packages
A package may be marked as undeliverable for several reasons, including an incorrect address, the recipient refusing delivery, or the package being unclaimed.
- Address Verification: Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
- Returned to Sender: If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange for re-shipment. You will be responsible for paying any additional shipping costs to resend the package. If a new shipment is not requested within 30 days, the order will be subject to cancellation and a restocking fee.
7. Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. All orders must be shipped to a physical street address to ensure secure and tracked delivery.
